2. E-commerce & Digital Products

We offer digital downloads including technical blueprints and automation templates. By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in GBP. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
• Payment: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. I Enterprise Ltd manages all financial transactions.
• Delivery: Digital products are delivered via an instant download link provided upon successful payment confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act and the Consumer Contracts Regulations regarding digital content:

By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you expressly consent to waive your 14-day right to cancel. Because our products are digital content delivered via instant download, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has commenced.

All content on this Platform, including blueprints, code snippets, the "Nano Banana" generated imagery, and technical frameworks, is the proprietary intellectual property of Agentic AI Agents Ltd and is operated under licence by I Enterprise Ltd.

Your purchase grants you a single-user licence for personal or internal business use. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sub-licencing any digital assets purchased from this Platform.

Our AI blueprints and automation frameworks are provided for informational and technical guidance. We do not guarantee specific financial results or system performance. Use of our technical frameworks is at your own risk; we are not responsible for any data loss, API costs, or system failures resulting from the implementation of our blueprints.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
